Syed comes from large-scale hotel operations, where he led front office teams at a 1,300-room hotel handling airline crew contracts, VIP coordination and high-volume guest arrivals, and lifted guest satisfaction by 25%. He has written three books on hospitality and founded a staffing firm that placed 200+ professionals. At Fieldsday he runs every event the way a great hotel runs: detailed run-sheets, briefed crews, documented safety and a guest experience with nothing left to chance.

How early should we book?
