How is the final price calculated?+

Per-person rates × headcount × days, adjusted by format and volume. The estimator on the homepage gives you a live range; the scoping call converts it into a fixed, itemized quote with no mid-event add-ons.

Can we mix events within one package?+

Yes — every package lets you choose events from our playbook. A Championship sports day typically runs 4–6 parallel arenas: cricket, football, badminton, tug of war and fun games all in one day.

What if it rains?+

Every outdoor package carries a monsoon fallback: we pre-block an indoor arena option and can flip the format up to 48 hours before game day at no extra planning cost.

Do you handle food and beverages?+

Kickoff includes hydration stations; Championship and Dynasty add full F&B coordination — veg/non-veg/Jain counters, live stalls for family days, and crew meals are always covered.

Is there a minimum group size?+

Kickoff starts at 30 people. Below that, join one of our open box-cricket leagues instead — your team plays other companies.

How far in advance should we book?+

Two to three weeks for a Kickoff, four to six for a full Championship sports day (jerseys and venue permissions drive the timeline). Dynasty partners get priority dates locked for the whole year.
