These terms govern your use of the FIELDSDAY website and the event services we provide. By using our site or engaging us, you agree to them.
1. Quotes & bookings
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid until the date stated on them. A booking is confirmed only when a signed agreement and the agreed advance are received. Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated, charged at the applicable rate.
2. Payments
Unless a Statement of Work says otherwise, an advance confirms your booking and reserves the date, with the balance due before the event day. Overdue amounts may attract interest as set out in your invoice/agreement.
3. Cancellations & rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any retained advance, are set out in your event agreement. Dates are held only on receipt of the advance.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide (headcount, rosters, venue access), for participant eligibility and conduct, and for any permissions required at venues you nominate.
5. Safety & liability
Sport carries inherent risk. We follow reasonable safety protocols, but participation is voluntary and at participants' own risk. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant event, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
6. Media
We may capture photos/video at events for delivery to you and, with your consent, for our portfolio. You can withdraw consent for promotional use at any time by contacting us.
7. Intellectual property
The website, scoreboards, content and branding are owned by FIELDSDAY. You may not copy or reuse them except as needed to enjoy our services.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Pune, Maharashtra having jurisdiction, subject to any arbitration clause in your event agreement.
