Privacy Policy

How FIELDSDAY handles your personal data. Last updated: June 2026.

FIELDSDAY ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and complies with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights.

1. Data we collect

  • Enquiry & booking data — name, work email, phone/WhatsApp, company, headcount, event preferences and any message you send via our forms, estimator or booking page.
  • Event delivery data — for clients, the employee/participant names and team rosters you provide to run scorecards and events.
  • Transaction data — billing details and GST information needed to issue invoices and process payments (payments are handled by our gateway; we do not store card details).
  • Usage data — anonymous analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) about how visitors use our site.

2. How we use it

  • To respond to enquiries and provide fixed, itemised quotes.
  • To plan, deliver and score your events, and to communicate about them.
  • To issue invoices, take payments and meet tax/accounting obligations.
  • With your consent, to send occasional updates you can opt out of at any time.

3. Sharing

We share data only with trusted processors who help us operate — e.g. email (SMTP), payments (Razorpay), analytics (Google), and messaging (WhatsApp/Telegram) providers — and with vendors strictly as needed to deliver your event. We do not sell your data.

4. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal/tax obligations (typically up to 8 years for financial records), then delete or anonymise it.

5. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may access, correct, update or request erasure of your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate a representative. To exercise any right, email hello@fieldsday.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport and access controls. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard it.

7. Contact

Questions or grievances about this policy or your data can be sent to our grievance contact at hello@fieldsday.com.

This policy is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. We recommend a qualified professional review it for your specific circumstances.
