The playbook
Badminton is the most universally playable office sport in India — nearly everyone has held a racquet, and handicap seeding lets first-timers share a court with club players. The championship runs singles, doubles and mixed-doubles brackets in parallel across professional courts.
We seed the draw from a quick pre-event skill survey so early rounds stay competitive, run umpired matches with proper scoring, and stream the finals court to a big screen. A team-points format can also roll individual results up into a department championship.
